The promoter of this competition is Concept Eight Pty Ltd ACN 115 296 387 of 13a/663 Victoria Street, Abbotsford Victoria 3067.

The Promotion will be open to Entrants from 12:01am AEST on 19 December 2025 until 11:59pm AEST on 30 January 2026. Entrants may enter the Promotion at any time throughout the Promotional Period.

ITEM 5: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS

To be eligible for the Dante's Hot Chicken Hot Honey Summer Competition, Entrants must be Australian residents and aged 18 years or older. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity, age and residency of all Entrants. To enter the Dante's Hot Chicken Hot Honey Summer Competition, Entrants must visit the Promotion Website during the Promotional Period. Entrants must provide their name, contact details and, where applicable, their Ate Rewards Membership number. Entrants must submit to the Promotion Website a creative and original response to the question: “How will winning make your summer sweet?”. There is a minimum of five [5] words required per entry. There is a maximum of one [1] entry to the Dante's Hot Chicken Hot Honey Summer Competition. However, Entrants can receive a bonus one [1] entry if they provide a valid Ate Rewards Membership number on the Promotion Website at the time of entry. Entries to the Dante's Hot Chicken Hot Honey Summer Competition will be judged by the Promoter based on creativity, originality and relevance to the Promotion question. The Promoter's decision on the winning entry is final. Entrants should familiarize themselves with the Promoter's current Privacy Policy before entering. By entering the Promotion, Entrants warrant that their entry is: • Entirely their original work; and • Is not defamatory, offensive or otherwise unlawful; Entrants grant the Promoter a perpetual licence to use, reproduce, publish and display their entry (including the Entrant's name and response to the Promotion question) for marketing or promotional purposes.

ITEM 6: METHOD OF ENTRY

To enter the Dante's Hot Chicken Hot Honey Summer Competition, Entrants must visit the Promotion Website during the Promotional Period. Entrants must submit to the Promotion Website a creative and original response to the question: “How will winning make your summer sweet?”. There is a minimum of five [5] words required per entry. There is a maximum of one [1] entry to the Dante's Hot Chicken Hot Honey Summer Competition. However, Entrants can receive a bonus one [1] entry if they provide a valid Ate Rewards Membership number on the Promotion Website at the time of entry.

ITEM 7: DRAW DETAILS

The Dante's Hot Chicken Hot Honey Summer Competition is a game of skill. Entries will be judged by the Promoter based om creativity, originality and relevance to the Promotion question. Judging for the Dante's Hot Chicken Hot Honey Summer Competition will occur seven [7] after the close of the Promotional Period, being Friday 6 Februrary 2026. The Winner will be notified via the contact details provided in the entry form on the Promotion Website on 6 February 2026 following the draw by the Promoter. Should the Winner of the Promotion not accept the prize, cannot be contacted, or does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of the draw, the Promoter will award the prize to the next best valid entry on 20 February 2026. Should the prize remain unaccepted after 14 days on 6 March 2026, the Promotion will not be re-drawn and the prize will be forfeited. Once the prize is accepted by the Winner, the Promoter will deliver the prize using the delivery information supplied by the Winner. The Promoter will not replace the prize should incorrect delivery information be supplied by the Winner. Likewise, the Promoter is not liable for lost, late, damaged, delayed or misdirected prize delivery once dispatched.

ITEM 9: PRIZE DETAILS

The Winner of the Dante's Hot Chicken Hot Honey Summer Competition will receive a prize containing: • One [1] Yeti Roadie 24 Cooler; • One [1] Boom 4 Portable Bluetooth Speaker; and • One [1] Business and Pleasure The Tommy Chair, Rivie Black There is only One [1] prize available to be won in the Dante's Hot Chicken Hot Honey Summer Competition. The total RRP of the prize is $1,078.00 AUD.

ITEM 10: OTHER CONDITIONS

The Dante's Hot Chicken Hot Honey Summer Competition is non-transferable and is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. The Dante's Hot Chicken Hot Honey Summer Competition cannot be exchanged for cash. Staff members of the Promoter, and any staff members working in a franchised business of the Promoter, and any business owner of a franchised business of the Promoter are not eligible for the Dante's Hot Chicken Hot Honey Summer Competition.
